About this event

Join guest artist, Whitney Dirks, to create NSFW, *colorful* language embroidery patterns on vintage textiles. These are not your grandma’s designs (unless your grandma was as cool as you), these designs take those filthy words outta your mouth and onto your wall. (Whitney recommends that the clothing be thick and non-stretchy.  Stretch jeans are acceptable, but t-shirts are difficult to embroider without the fabric getting noticeably puckered.)

Price: $60

Ticket includes:

·       Embroidery hoop

·       Needles

·       Embroidery floss

·       Predetermined pattern

·       Vintage textile (or bring your own!)

·       Basic embroidery tutorial

 *This workshop is best suited for makers ages 18+*
