About this event
If you love that sweet, fermented, effervescent tea called kombucha, you’re not alone. It’s a delicious and healthy way to quench your thirst (when you just don’t feel like water). What if you took it one step further and learned how to make *your own*? Here’s your chance. Natalie Georgieff has been making this fermented tea for years and has it down to a flavorful science. In this workshop we will be collaging wooden tea boxes while we learn all about the history, benefits, and process of kombucha. In the end, you will go home with all the instruction, ingredients and equipment to start making this tea in your very own home.
