About this event:
In this class, you’ll learn the art of linoleum block carving to create stunning, one-of-a-kind holiday cards. We’ll guide you through the process of designing, carving, and printing your own blocks, using the right inks and beautiful cardstock. Perfect for beginners and experienced artists alike, this workshop encourages personal expression while celebrating the warmth of the holidays. Bring your holiday spirit and leave with a collection of unique cards to share with loved ones! All materials will be provided.
This workshop is best suited for makers ages 12+.

Glass Etching @ Summit Brewing
About this event:
The Makery has partnered up with Summit Brewing Company!
Come grab a beverage and then etch some glass. No registration is required. This project can be as long and detailed or as quick as you’d like. Plan for about 30-45 minutes.
Felt Pie Garland
About this event:
One adult and one child ages 5-15. Register under the name of the child attending. A perfect fall craft for you and your favorite kid. Create an adorably delicious pie garland to celebrate the season of pie! All supplies included for one garland.

The Makery is open. And it sort of sometimes feels like my house because I’m there so much. Let’s call it an Open House!
This event is meant to explore how The Makery works and what you can create here. There will be an assortment of quick DIY projects and N/A cocktails over at our amazing neighbor Marigold. Plus, get 10% off The Makery Membership if you sign up during the Open House.

No-sew Leather Envelope
About this event:
Join Anna as we make a no-sew leather envelope that can be customized in countless ways. Whether you want to keep receipts in it, turn it into an eyeglasses case, use it as a clutch, or keep baby wipes in it- you'll get the basics and dress it up from there.
Ticket includes:
Selection of leathers to choose from (including vegan leather)
Take-home template for future bag-making
Use of cutting mat and knife
